INTRODUCTION

I am Md. Ashikur Rahman (Ayon), a high school student of Harimohan Govt. High School from Chapainawabganj, Bangladesh, a region famously known as the Mango Capital of the country. Over recent years, I have gained diverse experience in graphic design, science communication, youth development, and academic competitions. I actively engage with national organizations focused on education, astronomy, technology, and debating, contributing through creative design, organizational support, and teamwork.

I thrive at the intersection of art and science, where imagination meets innovation. Whether it's crafting compelling visuals, leading design teams, or coordinating youth-driven initiatives, I find joy in turning ideas into impactful expressions. My passion lies not only in designing but also in managing creative projects that tell stories, solve problems, and spark curiosity.

Currently, I serve as the Chief Visual Strategy Officer at the Bangladesh United Astronomical Forum (BUAF), where I oversee visual design and branding efforts to support astronomy education and outreach. I am also an Executive Member of the Creative Department at the Bangladesh Space Research Society (BSRS), helping create visual content to enhance public engagement with space science.

At the Bangladesh Olympiad on Astronomy and Astrophysics (BDOAA), I work as an Associate in the Creative and Graphics Department, after completing an internship as a Graphics Intern. I design promotional materials and support national science education programs. Additionally, I hold the position of Human Resources Recruitment Officer at the International General Science Olympiad (IGSO), where I assist with candidate outreach and promotional campaigns.

In debating, I am the President of the Harimohan Govt. High School Debate Club (HMDC) and Assistant General Secretary of the Chapainawabganj Debating Club (CNDC), where I help organize events and mentor fellow debaters.

I also contribute to youth and tech initiatives, serving as the Public Relations Manager and Graphics Lead at the Frost Knight Guild and the Graphics Design and Marketing Officer at Beyond Tech. I am an Admin and Graphic Designer at Uddhar, a platform dedicated to youth awareness and mental health advocacy.

In scouting, I am a Patrol Leader at the Chapainawabganj Muktomohadal Open Scout Group and represented Bangladesh at the 2nd Indo-Bangladesh Scouts Friendship Camp in Darjeeling, India.

Beyond formal roles, I enjoy painting, traveling, and playing chess. My typing speed is 124 words per minute, supporting my digital communication and writing. I am passionate about programming, currently focusing on learning machine learning, data science, and artificial intelligence.

My academic and extracurricular achievements include being the 1st Runner-up in the BDOAA Astro Poster Making Competition, 2nd Runner-up in Science Fiction Story Writing at the 6th Rajshahi College National Science Fest 2023, and Regional Winner of the Bangladesh Astronomy Olympiad 2023. I have also been selected for the National Round in the Bangladesh Economics Olympiad 2025 and the Bangladesh Robot Olympiad 2023. In addition, I hold awards in the National Earth Olympiad, National High School Programming Contest, and Economics Olympiad. I have been recognized for my work in astronomy competitions, science fiction writing, and public speaking.

Overall, my goal is to combine creativity, education, and community engagement to contribute positively to society while continuing to grow personally and academically.
